Happy Birthday SoCalPhil!!

Twenty years ago, a handful of musicians in the Yorba Linda area got together and formed the Yorba Linda Orchestra Association (YLOA). In the blink of an eye, ten years passed, and the group began to diversify, attracting new musical talent from all over southern California. This prompted a change in name to the Southern California Philharmonic, and we’ve been moving forward and we continue to make and share music within the Orange County community. And now this year marks the 20th Annual SoCalPhil Young Artists Solo Competition – another amazing milestone for the ensemble!

SoCalPhil will continue with the mission to provide local musicians and the public a chance to engage with the great orchestral works, so we invite you to come along with us on that journey!

Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to get more involved in the organization. To get email notifications of our upcoming concerts, join our mailing list!

We look forward to seeing you throughout the year!
