Concert Ticket Info
Here at the SoCalPhil, we aim to make our symphonic concerts free-admission, family-friendly, and accessible to all. Although concert admission is FREE, we do suggest and ask for a tax-deductible donation of $20 per ticket. Your contributions help our volunteer team cover our concert production costs, and your support enables our small non-profit to continue our charitable mission of giving all members of the public a chance to engage with the great orchestral works.
Seating is general-admission and first-come first-served. A paper ticket is required for concert admission; this helps us track audience attendance numbers for our records. Before entering the concert venue, please stop by the ticket table so that we can tear off your ticket stub. To obtain your paper ticket, donations are accepted at-the-door of our concerts (by cash, paper check, credit card, or digital wallet) or electronically in advance (by credit card or PayPal).
By making a donation electronically in advance of the concert, you can reserve your paper ticket(s) at Will Call and breeze through the ticket table on the evening of the concert! To reserve your ticket(s), please click on the “Donate” button on the main page of our website. In the “Notes” section, please type in the concert date you would like to attend and the number of paper tickets you would like to be held under your name at Will Call. At the ticket table, please be ready to provide your name to pick up your reserved tickets – just in case, it’s also helpful if you can show us the email or PayPal confirmation screen confirming your donation.
SoCalPhil is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. For example, our orchestra and non-profit Board of Directors represent a diverse range of backgrounds, and our key leadership includes several persons who are living with disabilities; thus, we strive to go above and beyond in our dedication to equitable access to the arts. If you would like to further coordinate accessibility measures, we ask that you please email info@socalphil.org at least 10 days in advance of the concert date that you wish to attend.
Thank you for being a patron of the arts. We look forward to welcoming you to our concerts!

YES! Concert admission is free, although we suggest a donation of $20 per ticket. Please note that historically, most of our patrons do elect to make the suggested donation of $20 or more per ticket, and almost every patron who comes to our concerts has elected to make a donation of at least $5 per ticket. We gratefully accept and appreciate any amount that you are able to contribute to support the arts and help us continue our charitable mission.
We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization, but each concert we produce is still subject to necessary costs such as venue fees, insurance coverage, and contracting fees. These costs usually total several thousands of dollars per concert; your donations help us cover these costs. Donations also fund other non-profit projects such as our flagship music education and leadership training program, the Young Artist Program. Without generous contributions from our patrons, we wouldn’t be able to continue our charitable work.
YES! Yorba Linda Orchestra Association d/b/a Southern California Philharmonic (Tax ID #90-0081116) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization. Any donations to SoCalPhil, including donations made upon concert admission, are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowable under law.
At the door for our concerts, we accept cash, paper check, credit card, or digital wallet. Online on our website, we accept credit card or PayPal. Thank you for being a patron of the arts!
Concert admission is FREE. Because we don’t charge any concert admission, there are no discounted admissions. We do suggest a donation of $20 per ticket, and we gratefully accept any amount you wish to contribute. Whether large or small, a donation is a donation.
You can either get your paper ticket(s) at the ticket table on the evening of the concert, or donate electronically in advance of the concert to have your tickets reserved for you at Will Call. We look forward to welcoming you to our concerts!
